Springfield, OH – August 4, 2023 – Urban Light Ministries announces the addition of Kelsey Deshano as Development Director.
With this strategic hire, Urban Light Ministries aims to accelerate the growth and impact of their new online community Fathering Strong. Kelsey will play an important role in helping Urban Light Ministries acquire the funding required to successfully launch Fathering Strong which is focused on reversing the impact of father absence resulting in better outcomes for children while building stronger fathers, families, and communities.
Kelsey Deshano brings experience and passion for empowering families and promoting positive change in communities. As the 2023 Academy President and graduate of Leadership Clark County program and a proven track record of successful outreach initiatives, Deshano’s appointment promises to usher in a new era of growth and expansion for Urban Light Ministries and Fathering Strong. She is a graduate of Wittenberg University.
For over 25 years, Urban Light Ministries has been committed to supporting fathers and children in the Springfield community. Kelsey Deshano’s appointment aligns perfectly with the organization’s vision to expand its outreach and grow online and in other local communities to impact more fathers and families.
