Springfield, OH, April 25, 2018 – Today Urban Light Ministries CEO Eli Willams announced the addition of four new members to its Board of Trustees. The following individuals are now voting members on the board and include Tyler Banion, Bruce Stapleton, Mark Sturgeon, and Jay Weygandt.
Tyler Banion – Tyler is born and raised and currently resides in South Charleston, Ohio. He has been married 8 years to his wife Holly and they have 3 children. He is an Account Executive for R+L Carriers Inc.
Bruce Stapleton – Bruce holds an MBA and has over 35 years of corporate management experience including starting his own wellness company. He is currently employed as a professor at Franklin University. He has been married for 35 years and has four children.
Mark Sturgeon – Mark is born and raised in Springfield, OH. He has been married for 23 years to his wife Jennifer. He has four children and five grandchildren. He is employed as a Sales Representative at The Thomas Tape & Supply Company.
Jay Weygandt - After 30 years of managing Logos Christian Bookstore and 9 years in music and video distribution, Jay is now an AmeriCorps-VISTA volunteer serving at Think Tank Inc and the Clark County Jail Chaplaincy. Jay has been married to Virginia for 47 years, has 2 sons and 2 grandsons.
Urban Light Ministries is a 501(c)(3) that was established in 1995 and is recognized as a model of Christian outreach to fathers, children and families. Urban Light Ministries mission is to provide the resources and education to increase the number of responsible fathers, nurtured children and strong families. Urban Light Ministries works with the Ohio Commission on Fatherhood and is funded by individual donors and organizations such as The Nehemiah Foundation, The HM Turner Foundation, Community Health Foundation and Jeff Wyler Auto Group.
